3-3 "You have Rights; the Government has Privileges"

Liberty:
1. a. The condition of being free from restriction or control.
b. The right and power to act, believe, or express oneself in a manner of one's own choosing.
c. The condition of being physically and legally free from confinement, servitude, or forced labor.
2. Freedom from unjust or undue governmental control.
3. A right or immunity to engage in certain actions without control or interference.

Michael Badnarik sat down with me after teaching his 8 hr. Constitution class in Malvern, PA on March 15th 08. His class is very inspiring to say the least. We are in an Ideological War. Protect yourself from the constant bombardment from the misinformation army. The best tools anyone can use to defend themselves form our government are in the US Constitution.

Michael talks about the differences between rights and privileges. He explains some of the basics of the constitution that supersede any laws that the federal government may pass on a fraudulent basis. Michael does a radio show 7:00am--9:00am CST Monday thru Friday.

Hmm nope it means you acutaly dont have that right.. rights are meaningless unless you have the laws to back them up.

Otherwise I could say I have the right to kill anyone I dont like.

@badpanda84 Did you even listen to Part1? Your rights are inalienable. They are not granted. They are inherint in your being alive. Whether your a woman in the 1900's or a black african slave in the 1800's you always had your rights. If you stand around waiting for some government to "grant" you the rights you already have, then yes, you'll be waiting awhile and likely be the victim of brutal suppression. But that is not disprove the exisence of rights only your unwillingness to claim them.

Mike, We don't bother detaining anymore...we just assasinate our citizens now. We can't "show you the body" b/c after the kill order was issued by the prez we just burn up the body or drop it in the ocean. Whats the problem? We do it to protect you from terror. "inherent" rights " -- there is no such thing -- of course rights can be taken away.

Otherwise why have people in the past fought for there rights.

In fact most "rights" we have today only came about in the last few centuries.

women for example had no right a century ago.

@patriotadEEUU I agree these r the last days. We have to understand that all this mess is being "allowed" to happen by YAHUWAH (YHWH) YAHUWAH created both good & evil for HIS purposes. We were NEVER meant 2 be free, bcz after we went astray, evil was allowed to reign. As long as there is evil, via the advesary man will enslave man. The only freedom ur ever going 2 have is with YAHUWAH & therefore the Son, Yahuwshuwa. This whole world is a test, and this is a spirtual battle, we are at war now.
