This is a song dedicated to Red XIII' father "Seto" Final Fantasy VII.

"Cloud says they are trying to save the planet. Honestly, I don't think it can be done. For even if they stop every reactor on the planet, it's only going to postpone the inevitable. Even if they stop Sephiroth, everything will perish."

"But, Nanaki. I've been thinking lately. I've been thinking if there was anything WE could do. As a part of the planet, something to help a planet already in misery...No matter what happens, isn't it important to try? Am I just wishing against fate?"

i keep on arranging and playing ff7 lonlonjp version. :) :) :D
my next video may be "Rufus's Welcoming Ceremony lonlonjp version".
hope you enjoy more...

  • You say if I want to play this on Solo guitar it sould be in the key of E minor, but what do you mean by that?

  • @WarriorOfTheHeavens

For a guitarist, Em is the most easy and famillar code to play^^

that's what i mean and i do love this beautiful song all the more :)

  • wow! watching you just makes me want to learn, and i regret not having done so when i was a kid. I am already mid 20's and think its too late to pick up an intrument. Honestly, Do you think there's still hope for me to pick up a guitar this late and able to learn how to play like this? I would imagine that this kind of level of play could only be achieved if one started very young and played very often.

  • @Angryfatkidd haha^^

i did not play the guitar so often.

But when i played it, i really enjoyed playing it, forgetting everything behind.

i envy that you are just mid 20's.

Please take care of your guitar =)

  • because of you ive decided to pick my guitar back up, its been 3 and a half years

  • i am very glad to hear it :)

i think your guitrar too xD

  • have you ever considered playing different game's song? like Grandia's Justin and Feena's love song? or have you did it already?

  • "the planet is doomed Anyway...However I got the feeling there's still a hope"... that's the way this music make me feel.

    Sad and Hopeful

  • great work, have you ever considered doing Abel's Harp from seint seiya?

  • @lonlonjp I know this is one of your older videos, but I can't stop listening to it. Nanaki(a.k.a. RedXIII) And this song are filled with such soul, and it's the soul of honor and true understanding. Words can not describe how this song resonates within me. i can close my eyes and feel each note and cord, the pain of loss, the joy of finding one's self. Thank you for doing this piece lonlon, you are a true inspiration to me and one of the reasons I keep my guitar in my hands(even if I'm a newbe)

  • I've been playing for a year and 2-3months, and I can play that.

so yeah, it's possible, and I'm 23. so no complain about being too old.

I'm Studying Lost Painting from castlevania right now.

But you know, studying thoses songs REALLY made my comprehension of the guitar increase. by A LOT. Thanks lonlonjp.

  • CAN you do Kikyo's THEME?! :D

  • I could watch you for hours... no joke~

  • @Angryfatkidd

i am mid 20s. i picked up a guitar that i bought at an estate sale for 20$ about two years ago. THE MOST important thing that i learned is that whatever you hear, you can play on guitar(and you can hum it)

i play now mostly by ear and had all of a few piano lessons as a kid and never played instruments growing up. i have always had a love of music and when it occurred to me that music is open to interpretation i realized how simple it really is.

then i started to be able to play

  • I love this but I can't play that

    It's harder for me >.<

    I'm Beginner

  • @Angryfatkidd Pick one up! It's not a competition, it's about creating beautiful music. You have many advantages right now, actually. You can avoid all the bad habits young players get in, and you can afford to get proper equipment, which generally sounds better (in the right hands :)
