The Glock 36 is an excellent CCW. Why so many complain about just 6+1 rounds is beyond me. Stop and think for a sec, it's thin, light and a big proven .45 round, perfect for carrying concealed. If you need more ammo than that you must piss a lotta people off regularly! Get a full auto weapon or stay home and out of trouble.

CCW friendly. Carry extra magazine is a good idea. It can also be effective as a back up gun.

@475GC Its a weird scenario having only 7 rounds to work with since you never know what will happen. I personally would stay away from gangs of BGs. Also, I would bet a gang of 10 BGs will still kill you if you have 7 rounds or 21 rounds.

@GLOCKSTEROC Thats what I was thinking: I guess he knows who to hold a handgun on top of the video frame rates being really low.

i own g-19, g-22, g23, g27 and g36 i don't know why there is not more press on the g36 but it is the best shooting and best control glock i own i love this gun and it not shoot like a colt 45 there is not all that much kick and at 25 feet i'm always in the red

You should be carrying an extra mag anyway. 13 rounds of .45 ACP is nothing to sneeze at.

My favorite carry gun is my 36. I have shot several thousand rounds through it and never had a malfunction. It's easy to shoot, accurate and I would never give it up. I am as accurate with my 36 as I am with my G-21 and G-19 9mm. I love it!

Glock 36 is single stack mag making it alot slimmer and easier to CC. 6 rnds 6+1 I guess right? means up to 6+1 dead bad guys..add another mag thats 14 dead bad guys; say 8-10 if your aim isnt good..really if you're up against more than that and theyre not fleeing, then you're either inna battlefield or a James Rollins novel.
