@magicalkitten1 Edgeworth like bubbleman feels like outside of his element (ie the courtroom and crime solving) that he is useless and is not very good at interacting with people socially. He envies how well Phoenix is able to interact and have fun with people and makes those around him believe. Also like bubbleman edgeworth has lived a tragic life, such as the death of his father and the betrayal of his mentor his adult father figure Manfred.
