Rest in Peace, Guru

This is my statement about the tragic death of Keith Elam better known as GURU of Hip Hop´s Supergroup Gangstarr, who died on April 19th 2010. He was my biggest inspiration when it came to writing rhymes and he is a major loss to the whole Hip Hop Community. Our Heart and thoughts are with his family and loved ones right now and they will always be! You will be missed, Guru! R.I.P.

But his music lives on. The best thing we can do is, not just listening to his lyrics and make tributes, but also try to live more righteous and participate in actions which lead to a positive change for all people (no matter the skin color, origin, religion/belief, nationality, sex, sex. orientation etc.) cause this is also what he talks about in his lyrics, living more righteous.

Rest in peace Keith Elam. We should not only talk about the MC Guru who was a geniuine lyricist, cause this would be egoistic in a way. He was much more, especially to his family and friends...a husband, a father, an uncle, a brother, a son, a cousin and human being. So my feelings are with his family and close friends, even though I am sad about the fact, that also the genuine MC will never again touch a microphone.
