To make the sound even better you could just debaffle the muffler. It makes the bike roar like a demon.

Hello there to all EN 500 lovers. I need your help!!! I'm trying to change the air filter for my 1996 Kawasaki en 500 which is a TRAPEZOIDAL one, I just checked it on my bike. I can only find a conic one over the internet. Could anyone help me with a code for an TRAPEZOIDAL air filter code or tip or anything. Thanks!!

hi im from Wales and i own a EN500 and i was wondering if you could give me any tips on customizing mine as its still bog standard, hope you can help?

Well as you can see I didn't really customize it. I really got annoyed of the sound of the engine so I place Dynajets and a power filter in it. The sound is much better now. Although a friend of mine told me he would look better if you would cut off the fender a bit and make it a single seat bike. Also a bigger drag bar or ape bar is a beginning.

@tygTKD as much as I like to say this bike isn't customized at all. The small modifications I made are nothing close to a real customization. I have no tips whatsoever.. sorry :)
