Note:
*Start with 10 PERFECT REPS. work yourself daily up to 30*Do pushups with eyes looking slightly ahead, preferably.
*When going from sitting to standing keep feet planted on floor.
*Do not swing when sitting up, grip from the abdomen and pelvic floor.
*Exhale (through nose) when rising.
