  • also...give a listen to THEFLEETWOODS - COME SOFTLY TO ME after listening to this.

  • The definition of songwriter=Neil Sedaka. Belongs in ANY music Hall of Fame.

  • Neil should have released this right after he wrote it. The Globetrotters did it 1970 and the Norman Fox and the Del Roys as far as I can research did not have their version released on BackBeat until 1988.

  • This, Whispering Bells, and I Wonder Why - the big 3 of doowop.

  • Neil Sedaka will always be the tops to me he never gets the full credit he deserves and even with the star he still never gets the praise he deserves just like connie francis and annette funicello and frankie avalone and lesley gore and the late great frankie laine and many others they give of there hearts in there music and it really shows this is music not the crap of todays generation keep bringing the real music thank you

  • had no idea he wrote this too, why am I not surprised, lol

  • I always thought this was a 50s song that was remade by the Globetrotters. I was very surprised to see that Neil co-wrote it in the70s. Neil was an amazing talent and this just another example of his scope as a singer songwriter.

  • What a great job Neil does on this never heard him do it but like everything he did it is awesome what pure talent he has

    Dave Z

  • And to think that this Brill Building Legend gets snubbed by the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame! What the institution fails to realize is that Neil Sedaka "IS" the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame!

  • This makes a real cool beach music dance song.....try it !
