Rule 3 is fine. There is such a thing as showing off. Lots of people grunt etc due to heavy weights. True, but christ, the amount of twats I have seen that are grunting for pure show....staggering.
These are awful rules... If you Could lift heavy weight you'd make loud noises or grunts, mirrors are useful in checking proper form and anyone making their body look better should use a mirror to check their progress, watching others lift is helpful in learning proper technique, supersets is useful especially during hypertrophy stages, and 10 mins on a bench is not long at all especially since their should be proper resting time.

The screaming guy at the gym is ALWAYS doing shrugs with an unnecessarily high weight and a necessarily low range of motion.
