Madhuri was never close to Sri...she had smashing hits in tamil.telegu,malwari and hindi movies and she became d only actess to acclaim no 1 spot in four different languages...her combination with Kamal,Rajnikant,Amitabh,Jitend­er,Mithun,Anil,Rish was too good specially with Kamal in serious films and Anil in commercial films...Sri was d longest no 1 and more dan any one......

@honeygodoo9 despite DDLJ being a blockbuster, the film Raja was a hit in 1995 and Madhuri was praised for her performance .... i know that you can't stand her, i've read ur comments on other videos, but u seriously need to be a bit more mature in ur approach.... i agree, sridevi is better in terms of acting, but i don't think it's fair to speak ill of other actresses,

@timtim745tim agreed, even though madhuri was a very good actress in my opinion, sri's level of achievement is unrivalled... she's been active since childhood and has worked in several film industries from the beginning... her versatility is exceptional as well as her comic timing.... she helped change the way heroines were perceived on screen and paved the way for the next generation of actresses....

i don't think it is necessary to discuss madhuri in each and every sridevi clipping, well madhuri fans don't discuss sridevi in her clippings. I am fan of both and i feel they both are good. As far as no 1 position nobody can sustained that position for long time especially actresses.

sridevi is sridevi ... madhuri is no where close to the talent of sridevi . she is a fablous actress whereas madhuri has only dome commercial films tht to with some scenes required for songs or dirty scenes , sridevi was also known as tthe hero of her era she was the one who people use to go , infact people never use to ask who is the hero in the film if sridevi was in it thts whts her charm was love her sridevi <3 sridevi is the best was the best n will always be the best love sridevi <3<3<3<3

madhuri didnot manage to retain her top position even for an year(post hahk) with kajol's blockbuster enterance with ddlj in 1995!! WHEREAS SRIDEVI RULED THE WHOLE NATION FOR MORE THAN A DECADE(1983 TO 1994) SINGLEHANDEDLY WITHOUT ANY GODFATHER N COMPETION. MADHURI WAS NO COMPITION FOR SRIDEVI, MADHURI NEVER EVER MANAGED TO TOOK OVER SRI COMPLETELY....SHE WAS JUST TRYING HARD N HARDER FINALLY COMPLETELY FAILING . All three are very good- Sridevi, Jaya and Madhuri.

Madhuri owned bollywood in her time and took the number 1 spot from Sridevi, who in her time was competing majorly with Jaya and Meenakshi (who is also my fav)
