避難に車を使った人の中には渋滞に巻き込まれたため亡くなった方も。
災害時には車は使わないのが鉄則です。

歩いて避難は当たり前。
車を乗り捨ててでも高台に行かないと死ぬ。
車で移動し渋滞にひっかかり、降りずにそのまま亡くなった人も多数。
警察官らが乗り捨ててでも逃げろ！と言っても聞かず、命を落としてます。
それが現実です。
全然のん気じゃないですよ。
この放送してる人は逃げることより、避難指示を伝えるという職務をしているだけ。
