Make your own Jewelry Display Case/Rack for $3 or less & make it in less than 10 minutes

Items you will need:

(1) Large Undershelf Basket (I got mine from Dollar General for $2)

(1) Pair of your choice of color Tights (I got mine from the Thrift Store for $1)

(1) Pair of Scissors

Lots of jewelry to display ;-)
