After leaving The Pitt in Fallout 3 I decided to have some fun in the Capital Wasteland with my Man Opener Auto Axe. I started out by visiting Old Lady Agetha and Old Man Tenpenny before hitting Underworld, Big Town, Canterbury Commons, Rivet City, Riley's Rangers Compound, The Citadel, and Project Purity.
Additional Audio includes the GTA IV Old Bitch Ring Tone, the Wilhelm Scream, and The Sentinel By Judas Priest

@UltimatePunch you get it from siding with roy phillips in the quest to get rid of the ghouls in tenpenny tower to get it u have to kill tenpenny or talk to tenpenny about letting the ghouls live there then u must "convince" certain residents of tenpenny tower to let ghouls live there or open the basement door at tenpenny tower to let roy philips flood the tower with feral ghouls note that u must talk to chief gustavo and roy philips before u can do any of these

That was a custom job using the GTA IV Old Bitch Ringtone, an mp3 of Tenpenny screaming like an old lady, a random horror film scream, and the Wilhelm Scream.
