Star Control 3 - The Spathi

Good puppet. You don't see it here, but they occasionally raise an arm to scratch at themselves. They also look frightened if you threaten them. Good Spathi voice too, although it sounds SO FAMILIAR. I KNOW I've heard this guy somewhere before, it's driving me nuts.

I don't know why they made the Spathi look like, well... a huge deformed penis, but at least they look less terrible then the other aliens.
