i say the same thing . i think decline and knuckle is easier

Is it only me that think it is easier to do decline pushups then regular pushups?
I do them on the knuckles too, is that weird? I find it easier.

yes it hits mainly the upper chest and shoulders somewhat... it's essentially the incline bench but with your body weight.

Make sure to pinch your shoulder blades and keep your hips up on this one!
