@swimmingsurfergirl24  And right now one thing I'm totally in love with is the typography they used for the new Princess Bride dvd cover. It says Princess Bride upwards and upside down. SO CLEVER! :)

omg! so true! I'm a graphic design student in Washington and I totally know what your talking about. I'm in my 3rd year of school and me and my friends totally have those types of conversations. And we all say "BOO!" to Comic Sans and Papyrus . And it's crazy how much I actually notice typography now, it makes me think "why didn't I ever notice this before?"

Argg... I know what you mean. I digitally paint and whenever I tell anyone, they automatically assume that I'm a Graphic Designer. Even though they are completely different.

And I have this really bad habit of critiquing the art in comic strips, like perspective and anatomical errors, and pointing it out to people in my family. No one understands lol.

Actually, wait....About typefaces, I see "Feast Of Flesh BB" being used everywhere these days. I used it for a class once and ever since, I instantly recognize it anywhere I go. It's a pretty easy to recognize font like Papyrus and Comic Sans, but still, it's one not a lot of people seem keen to point out, but I do every time I see it. Hell, a recent movie trailer even used it.
