ryanair is the worst thing that can happen to you when something goes wrong. Whether it;s a snowstorm, strike of the air-traffic controlers or a typical delay. Usually there is no ryanair ticket counter, there is no person in-charge. A disaster. After the last incident i promised myself never to pay them again.
I usualy fly with Ryanair, and have no complaints. Ryanair made travelling possible for everyone. They give you what you pay for! I have never paid more than the first price, no surprises at the airport. If you follow their "rules" you don't pay for anything else.
@Bombik83 because i had no idea i will have to pay more at the airport..this is why..i flew with them once...and won't happen again. but as i say, it is just me...i prefer to pay the exact price and don't want to get surpised or annoyed at the airport.
@Bombik83 If one has a phone that can ring abroad (i.e. to Ireland) then fair enough. I would not consider it to be asking much though to be able to complain online, rather than send letters, which is what I was told to do.
