Stomu Yamash'ta, le seul percussionniste au monde à jouer sur des pierres, et le contre ténor islandais, Sverrir Gudjonsson ont composé ensemble durant le tournage et pour notre film un 'opéra' à partir de textes sacrés islandais, japonais et araméens. Le film raconte cette aventure artistique et ce processus de création qui a conduit les deux musiciens au Japon, en Islande et à Paris, en l'Eglise Saint-Eustache où a été créée en première mondiale leur nouvelle œuvre commune.
Un film musical qui met en scène les univers contrastés du Japon et de l'Islande ainsi que les personnalités rares et inspirantes de Stomu Yamash'ta et Sverrir Gudjonsson.

Stomu Yamash'ta, one of the greatest percussionist in the world and the only one who plays on stone's, and Sverrir Gudjonsson a unique Icelandic counter tenor, composed together during the shooting of the film a new 70' musical piece upon sacred Japanese, Icelandic and Aramaic texts. In Japan, Island and Paris where the oratorio was created in Saint-Eustache Church, the two protagonist will make us live with their creative process and let us enter into their very soul. An homage to nature, to its mystical essence and the fantastic power of poetry and music. A film which let us touch the sound and create with the two composers their own music...
