This bitch looks like Mrs. Doubtfire. No wonders it's people like her that create these bullshit tests that have no bearing in reality to fuck people over, and force the company to select total shitrods based on the results of these tests. Think about it, the hiring manager is so far removed from reality that he/she can't even make proper hiring desicions based on an interview, that they need a test to do his/her job for them. It's absurd.

she's talking about IQ testing and there is are such tests like the GATB but the mainstream tests used are personality tests which really don't have a great predictability of actual job performance.
