Just a short video about my first spring in Japan. This isn't a recap of the YouTube hanami party, sorry.

I had the chance to attend my first hanami parties this year and got to check out cherry blossom trees in person. It's a beautiful, great time and I'm sad to see it go.

  • thank you for sharing, I live in Yakima, WA and we too have cherry orchards. In years past a pop star from Japan has come here during our peak season to film her video for her album. Of course I can't remember her name. Have enjoyed your sharing thank you, Linda

  • hmmm, i never thought of this before but now i'm wondering... once the blossoms have all fallen off the trees, are they bare again or are there leaves right away? weird question, i know~

  • Nice video miss. At first i thought that BMW was going at 9000 mph haha sneaky sped up footage.

    Talk to you soon.

  • sweet

  • Beautiful shots ^^ and thank you for uploading in HD :D

  • Hey this isn't late at all! As long as you do it too~ Plus you're such a candy for explaining it~ Great video!

  • Glad to see this video up and loved all the images. I wish we had a better season this year here in Korea, but the blossoms came so late, that most of the festivals took place without the blossoms!

  • Hey Alisha nice video. I watched a travel show the other day called Departures (OLN) and the whole show was filmed in Japan. As i watched it i couldn't help but wonder how you are doing these days :) Keep the interesting video's coming and take care.
