Matt's First Hog Knife Hunt

Hunting hogs with nothing but knives and dogs. We had body worn cameras to capture everything. This one was the first hog we encountered, and it tried to get away in the stock pond. These dogs are amazing, but wouldn't give up even at the risk of drowning. Luckily, Rex was willing to go for a swim and go get the hog from the middle of the tank. The hog was almost unconscious, but still had a little life. She's at the processor now and Matt's making room in his freezer. I'd love to see the video of you fighting a hog with a knife by yourself, LOL! I'd definitely give you five stars on that one, not to mention getting to watch it on America's Dumbest Hunters, It Only Hurts When I Laugh, and other shows like that. By the way, in all my years of hunting (mostly with rifles) I have never seen a bullet kill a hog as fast as the knives that we used, did. Can only speak from personal experience, but gotta say the knife was faster (faster = less pain)

Nice kill, but that hog dog deserves all the credit in the world. Wow, he is a bad-ass. Good to see a nice, clean kill there at the end. Considering hogs are terrible swimmers, he likely suffered more trying to get away than when that knife hit is vitals.

@hurleysux thats not a good enough reason. this helps educate the public on to what hunting really is about. whether you agree or disagree besides i like this because it fuels the pro hunters passion, and i can assure you that the majority of people who call this savagery are pampered kids who know nothing about the world amd how umbias it can be. i understand the vegetarians views but the hypocrites? no, let them watch this im sure no one is forcing them to watch it. they choose and want to.
