HONEY AND SOY CHICKEN WINGS

1.5 KG WINGS (ABOUT 20 MEDIUM WINGS)
1 CUP SOY SAUCE
HALF CUP HONEY
QUARTER TSP CHILLI POWDER
4 FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES
1 LOADED TEASPOON GRATED FRESH GINGER

LEAVE CHICKEN WINGS TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT OR ALL DAY...ROAST FOR 30 -40 MINUTES ON 360F OR 200C/180 FAN FORCED

  • Sometimes at work I have half a Kilo of sweet chili chickenwings out of the oven, but that's these things you buy already in an aluminium tray. They are way too hot, probably to hide that they used the cheapest industry chicken.

    These chicken wings you made look delicious though!
