The Sims 3 - World Adventures - Dave Williamson's House - "Let's Play" - Part 1

*Note* This is a pseudo LP so don't ask about commentary or whatever because I'm not doing that. It's more a documentation of life =]

Firstly, I'm not sure how many of you knew what my plan was regarding immediate future videos but I said that I'd finish off House 20, then squeeze in a starter home for House 22, just in time for WA. The thing is, the house that I built for 22 was lame so instead I decided that I would attempt to build a small house in WA then do something with it. So I've decided to start a new character, lazily named Dave Williamson and his 'story' will be based around China. At first I was going to build a full legit starter home meaning the entire house was going to be built and furnished in under $20k but that's impossible... for me anyway, so the next best thing was to build a small house, furnish it then throw Dave in to it with nil starting off money.

Now on to the house, I'm unhappy with the how it turned out, just doesn't feel right =\
I decided I'd buy the Asian Fusion set with the free 1000 Sim points I got with the game and I also got the Explorer's Loot set for registering it. =]

I probably should have changed the red for all the furniture to something like a grey- blue or plain white but I was too far in to change what I'd done so far.
I had issues with the roof numerous times, still unhappy with it.

I plan on playing as Dave for a bit and document his life, when he can afford travelling to China and get his Lifetime Wish, which I think is get level 10 in Martial Arts and Athletics or something, then onto the next country and character!!!

Finally, I received some error code whilst saving shortly after this video so I'm not entirely sure what's been saved, I'm certain I made a copy of the lot beforehand so if anything goes awry then I'll use that.
I still can't upload House 20 so I'm not bothering with this house either, until it works I'll get them out!

Phew, I'm tired of typing, I will love anyone who reads all of this!!! =]

jeez.

What kind of computer do you have, 'cos your create a stye thing is really quick, even though it's being fast forwarded. Mine takes like 20 seconds until a pattern appears, it's really annoying

lol, above average? specs are on my channel page. mines is really annoying! totally ruins the flow of building, especially wen im recording, it takes longer... id say it takes 30 seconds or so to load up the whole geometric tab.... not very fun =P

@EedieG There is no new town for this expansion pack. It is just foreign places (eygpt, france, and china) and yes there is a new phone option that allows you to go on vacation. But it will cost you simoleons. :D Hope this helped!! :)
