I love dubstep but I love radiohead even more. It's called being open to multiple genres. This is a beautiful mix of idioteque. Most of you are right, it's not better than the original but what remixes are? hardly any, the point is i can still enjoy this so you should too.

To those who oppose this remix: I'm going to assume your objection to this stems from the fact that you don't like dubstep, because independent of the original song, this is a pretty good dubstep. If you don't like dubstep, you are not the target audience of this song. Stop calling it things like "shit" and "bastardization". Those should be reserved for objectively bad songs. This is not an objectively bad song, it's just doesn't intersect with your tastes.

why would you remake a song and just add one drum hit per 4 beats what a waste of time and to jmarr there are no objectives in music you dumbass its all subjective opinions so shit and bastardization are terms to be used and furthermore pretty good dubstep!! all this is is one extra drum every 4 beats and gets annoying after 1 min a disgrace is an understatement

The baseline is too upbeat for the song, in my opinion. I really like this song (before the dubstep) so I, of course, am biased...

I do, however, like the other background noises you've... remixed into this. I feel it's missing a drop to be called classic dubstep, though. I'd call it a good remix.

Why would you call this a dubstep remix when the original was already dubstep ? Radiohead basically invented dubstep with Idioteque, 10 years before anyone even knew dubstep existed.

The original is definitely better, but this remix leaves me in awe. I think it really allows me to go back and appreciate the original more, because it brings out the pieces you may have not heard before. I like how it allows me to view it differently.
