there's a reason therapsids didn't do as well as dinos during the Mesozoic.
like birds, dinos had more efficient lungs and were less prone to dehydration in arid climates :/
thus the raptors had a tremendous speed and endurance advantage over therapsid predators like gorgonopsids,
but from their skeletal structure, I'd say the latter were probably stronger.
