@scotmr This is an add for the ALS (Australian Lifeguard Service) which is not a volenteer service, we are paid professional lifeguards unlike SLSA (Surf Life Saving Australia) volenteer lifesavers which work for free as a service to there local community. SLSA is the parent organisation to the ALS and we use much of there equipment, we can be seperated as we have different uniforms (notice the shorts and the sleaves of the uniforms, the hats and lifeguard written all over them in this add).
