Man you are talking too much! 5 minutes video for a hard reset? the soluton is this

1.Volume down, 2.Middle enter button and 3.power button all at the same time for the to Hard reset!.

stupid doesnt articolate and is too long here easy way:

1) hold down volume and middle selesct button

2) still holding both buttons hit the reset button

3) continue holding until a message pops up

4) press up volume

done it is that easy
