High speed rotation works just like video.(on video what you see is many frames passing quickly which gives you the illusion of movement, but you don't see each frame) FBR™ rotate at high speed gives the illusion to the predator fish of a bait fish frantically escaping to triggers vicious strikes. The FBR has a vibrating nose which while rotating gives off vibrations as well. The high speed rotation hides the wings, sleeves and hook and they just see the outline of the bait fish with the eyes.
