I tackle the final level of the game. Rebeating robot masters, beating up that ol' Wily Machine.....and then crying myself to sleep over the pain I've suffered battling the Wily Capsule. Oy.

Storm Owl has an attack similar to that, where he shoots four cyclone balls or whatever. They only move once though. It's still hard to beat with Zero if you don't have Cyber Peacock's weapon.

I can safely say I could never beat the final form of Wily. I had to beat him about six times with save states, and even then it's very hard, even with E-Tanks.

Wild Coil works but freeze cracker is better. You can get in two shots if you're quick enough and you can slightly alter its course. It used to take me all the energy tanks now I can beat Wily with one or two to spare. Honestly unless you have god like dodging skills you are going to use two or three tanks.

Junk Shield kills those mini-walking robots easily and keeps you from taking damage. And this capsule form is still hardest Wily form with the one from 9 being a close second.
