How can one prove "intent"?!??!
Look at the DESIGN of and the IMPLEMENTATION of Fast and Furious: How can any non-dunce buy the lie that those guns were to be tracked to ANYONE?
1. Agents observing the transfer from Straw-Buyers (SB) to Transporters/Users (TU) were ORDERED, OVER THE PROTESTATIONS OF THE AGENTS, to disengage observation of the possessor(s) (T/A).
2, No one in Mexico was informed of the hazards presented.
3. No chain of evidence was developed.
4. No new abilities developed

Guns given to the Mexican cartel grew and somebody in charge of the American Justice system and ,or Homeland Security knew.
