How to Put on a Fursuit

Used a commissioner's suit to show you all how to put on a fursuit. The commissioner's body type if obviously not the same as mine, but you get the idea.
General rule of thumb:
1. Place leg padding in proper position, both knee and calf padding
2. Put on feet
3. Put on hand paws
4. Zip up suit (if you have chest padding, now is the time to put it in. Get a handler to help you with this part)
5. Put head on (and any other accessories ie collar, bandana, etc)
6. Got have fun suiting!

Question! Why don't people usually just sew the tail to the full suit? do you know?

@BrownWebkinzDog Depends on the style of tail. Usually the tail is too heavy or people would tug on it, cause it to rip off (it would have to be hand sewn on, more than likely). There's also the issue of when you wash the suit, most tails can't go in the wash (I wouldn't suggest it anyways because it's stuffed and you don't want the stuffing to mold). And the other option is that some people like to have a separate tail to wear as a partial.
