  • It's unfortunate that people believe that children need McMansions and tons of "kinder-crap". That stuff isn't for the children's benefit as much as it is for the parents. Children are expensive to keep, especially ones with special needs, however they seem to cover more than their basic material needs. What children need the most is to have parents that love them and show that in making the effort to spend time with them. It's about balance. Oh, and the mother has a full-time job too...

  • on one person.

Someone who works all day probably doesn't feel like dealing with a screaming, ill-mannered litter at the end of the work day.

  • People in this show seem to dump on hard-working fathers a lot. Granted, people should deal with their own offspring. However, we shouldn't ignore the fact that the father is usually the only one who works and is likely very stressed, having to figure out how to support another adult, along with a litter of children. He's the one financing the McMansion, two cars, a minivan, kinder-crap that is invariably strewn around the house and probably extravagant holidays as well.

    That's a lot to put

  • The father is an ASS.

  • the mom is tired out the dad is not helping that is not good

  • @yikiri7001 that's really clever! Good on you for sticking up for what is right!

  • I guess Arthur did his job by fathering these kids. Now he needs to become a 'real dad' to them.

  • That dad needs a reality check. Time with their kids is the most precious bond between a parent and child.

  • @mechoron And what are you? White as a slug under a rock? Brown as a piece of shit? Green as a seasick sailor? Orange as a year-old cheeto? Purple as a choking smurf? I'm sure we could all think of unattractive things to associate with any color, but does it accomplish anything? No. It just makes you look like an idiot that no one wants to associate with. So grow up and stop being a dumbass. Good day.
