  • Dr. Frantz, this is continued from above. Also with the benazepril sometimes my heart still has palpitations now and then, so I take magnesium as directed by my cardiologist. I was prescribed to take propranolol but it burned my throat and stomach so much so I can't take it. My condition has not been put in a catagory. I live in Torrance, Calif, do you have a Mayo clinic near me? I need to be seen by you people.

    Thanks

  • Dr. Frantz at mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota Rocks!!!! He is the best pulmonary doctor I have.

  • Thank you Dr. Frantz for your information. I have mild mitral valve regurgitation and moderate tricuspid valve prolapse along with pulmonary hyptertension. If my pulmonary hypertension is treated with the phospho edestrias five inhibitors and or the endothelia receptor antagonist will my valves have a better chance of doing there job without getting worse? I have started benazepril 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening, but most of the time my diastolic pressure is below 90 can't take it.
