Fighting for the Faith is one of the best podcasts in Christian radio. The host of the show, Chris Rosebrough, deals with the issues that plague today's church as well as offers up some great sermons by experienced pastors. • i dont agree with the seeker sensitive movement, or any of the 'new' christianity waves...but im sorry to say that you are not any better then them. To sit and poke fun at peoples sermons it's absolute ridiculous, in that time I would rather pray to God to give us wisdom and reach out to the 'elect' if you want to call it like that...im sorry but i was dissapointed at the level of immaturity this 'show' has. hope you guys find better things to do during your broadcasts.SoliDeoGloria

  • @honoracademyexp I look forward to your video teaching us all how to reach your level of maturity. I'd also enjoy seeing a video from you on how to not spot critique videos without taking into consideration the entire context of the video, but I understand that the latter might be a more difficult endeavor. Take care.

  • 1st, I agree this sermon was poor for a # of reasons. But can you answer a few questions?

Do you believe that every single sermon must only be about the Gospel?

Do you have a problem with pastors teaching practical Biblical principles?

If everything in Scripture except for the Gospel is "law", then why not just cut the rest of the Bible out?

I don't understand your critique of Deut 6. Do you not teach your children about God's Word since this was an OT admonition?

What is context of Pr 6:22?

  • I enjoy PCR very much but find Rosebrough to be utterly smarmy and unwilling to answer email.

  • Good stuff, man. Thanks for posting, love listening to Fighting for the Faith.

  • I love listening to fighting for the faith. Actually, I'm listening to it right now lol

  • Fighting for the faith is really good...follow it on podcast....my wife sick of listening to it though...great to see the faces, thanks.

  • I absolutely love "Fighting for the faith" It has educated me on so many things (that I thought I knew before) It is awesome!

  • I have added a link to this at my site. This is an awesome resource and I wish I could listen to it at work

  • @cynthias777 Seeker-Sensitive methods are Hallmark ads for Jesus that are designed with the goal of "growing your church" in mind. Jesus is an offense to those who are perishing. What Jesus are the "seekers" hearing about? I urge you to go to fightingforthefaith com and scroll down to the show entitled:

"Special Edition: The Cult-Like Hostile Takeover Tactics of the Purpose-Driven Church Transitioning Seminar" This was one of Chris' most revealing shows ever. It is downright frightening.
