I think Philly is the worst. So fucking big, too easy to get lost anywhere and everywhere in the wrong spot.
D.C. when it was hairier, you could run 5-10 blocks and be beside embassies and stuff. That's developed out and the neighborhoods are just somewhere to watch. Bmore is bigger, dc was harder though just because it was SO fucked, mayor on crack fucked. Philly gives me a vibe that just, life seems cheaper. To many places to be lost & forgotten about there.
