i agree that the top of the fashion world is paris, but i think in this context, they are using the "fashion world" synonymous with the "modeling world." And I think it's hard to argue that NY isn't the top of the modeling world; seeing as how most top models are NY based, and they're mother agencies are as well.

Demelza below the neck is just your average teenager.These agencies are not booking average. That is the only ""message to young girls"" to get watching these visits. According to these dumb comments noone should be allowed to evaluate new NBA basketball talent unless they themselves can actually run the court and dunk the ball!! .LOL

ok it's true that pink isn't in the best shape himself, but he's also not trying to become a runway model for top designers. i agree that it's rough criticism and that maybe it doesn't send the BEST message to the audience, but at the same time it's a realistic representation of how the modeling industry operates; they should expect harsh critiques. fortunately people like crystal renn are speaking out against the super-thin obsession of the industry, but for now it's just the way it is.

In the early part of the cycle,Alamela explained her mid body strength and overall fitness by saying "eat right,exercise" and Ian Thorpe praised her.A healthy undertone was set,but I guess tormenting Alamela was more important to Dez, Bec and Alyce than learning healthy habits from her.The bitchkaters lack disipline as models and queen Dez never took the hint from Bec and Alyse being called out by Alex.Today finally is her day of reckoning.

Yes, she has the legs of a common girl not a model, so compared to what they are used to..."horrible". And no, not a strange message,message is ,high fashion top models are not normal girls.If you are "normal",stay home.And when show judges tell you to work out, work out.
