Kitsune Clan First Video

Myself and Daniel doing some parkour around ilford. This is our first video so please excuse the lack of perfection and any mistakes in editing. Kitsune Clan is a temporary name.

We don't roll much because it's actually more jarring to your bones to roll on concrete than to cat land. Which some doctor or physio told me, anyway it was a trustworthy source. Therefore please don't leave comments saying "you should roll".

And by the amount of time you spend on counter strike "pwning noobs" or whatever it is you call it I'm guessing your physical fitness leaves much in demand. If not.... who really cares go and make a freerunning video and prove me wrong. I'll watch it and leave a horrible little comment that wastes my time and doesn't really help anybody. :D

One thing that caught my eye though, you said we shouldn't do parkour if we were worried about knee joint damage, that's not a very smart thing to say. Nobody wants arthritis.

Do some flips? did you not read that this is a parkour video, not a freerunning video, i.e. NO FLIPS. If you want, I'll make you a video of me walking around town pointlessly flipping off objects over and over until we all die of boredom, just send me a message or w/e.

You need to look up a definition of what parkour is and then try doing some. I'm not for one second claiming we're pro, but there are some nice vaults in this video and some good precisions, as well as some very quick wall climbs/vaults on my part.

I'm not against critiscism, but if all you have is pointless bile and uninformed assumptions you can fuck off.

I'd like to see you find joe average in the street to do what we do in the interlude here, and if you think it's so easy why don't you come along to one of our sessions and see if you can keep up with us.

This is a first video, mainly made to test out some local spots and to practice videoing parkour; so it's not intended to be an exhibition of how wonderful we are but more of a natural chase.

What do you mean by "be able to do most of the parkour moves" ? There aren't any movements or parts that we mess up in the video (except extras) and what exactly is a "parkour move" anyway when parkour is just supposed to be fluid movement from one point to another?
