On both sides of the water this song was a hit in 1927 ,this version had to be later,possibly 1928 but then you dont have the record number.originally written in 1923 called `come on and pet me` intended for Mary Jane Mackane.Lots of ratings and lots of dribble comments but no facts,thank god Hudsons saved the day.
