My new m17x and my old m1730

Dell sent me a brand new m17x as a replacement for my broken xps m1730. The m17x has maxed out specs including twin ATI 5870's, 8GB of ddr3 1333mhz ram, 500gb 7200rpm hard drive and an intel core i7 920 extreme mobile processor. In games like crysis and grand theft auto 4 i can now run at all high settings while on the xps i could only run medium and i get solid 60fps in gta4 on high! Great laptop with amazing power nothing has slowed this thing down :)

@leichb1 But with those PC's you cant play those MMORPG's in any room of the house at anytime you want. I didnt get a gaming laptop for its massive power I got it because of its portability I can easily take it to my friends house and game over there or in a long car trip or take it to school. If I had a desktop it would be confined to just my room and that wasnt appealing to me. Also my m18x is maxed out and can hold its own against many desktops!

Not trying to hate but you could have gotten any other gaming laptop for a lot less than what you paid for that. I got one for $1800 that maxes out Skyrim and plays BF3 on Ultra with solid FPS.
