It is always a pleasure to share a favorite series of moves with my friends. Here I am using kettlebells, sledgehammers, steelbells, clubs, maces, sandbags, Bul bags and logs for a wide variety of movement options. Keep moving from one move or complex of moves to the next with minimum time between. The object is to keep moving until you complete the last move. BUT you also need to listen to your body. If you need to take a break.....Do It! We do this all for a joyous expression of our aliveness, not to beat the clock, set a record, or feed our egos. Since we do vigorous movement every day we don't want to get wiped out. We want to be able to get up and play again the next day, and the next, and the one after that too. So far we are at 1,752 days of consecutive vigorous movement and we are feeling great. We will hit the 5 year mark in July. What comes after that??? Why more days of playful, invigorating movement of course! And remember you are totally welcome to just take any single part of what I show here and integrate it into you own formula. Do it slower, do it harder, do it easier, do it with long rests between moves & complexes. Make it your own every single day.
