Orientech - Cap Lining / Wadding Machine

Orientech offers a range of models and features that allows you to select the right system to match your required output for all caps and lining materials including standard, tri-tab or pull-tab caps. The peripheral equipments (hopper, elevator & bowl) are integrated.

Some of the models we offer have the peripheral equipment (hopper, elevator & bowl) integrated to the main lining system offering you a full compact machine built onto a mobile platform.

Our cap lining systems are user friendly; some models may be equipped with a touch screen to facilitate their operation and maintenance control since it guides operators through set-up and notifies them in case of any error occurring or machine stoppage.

Our lining machines are designed with a mechanical speed of 250 cycles per minute and can operate continuously at speeds up to 200 cycles per minute. Multi-head tooling (two to six caps per cycle) permits production of up to 1,200 caps per minute. We offer you high quality designed machines than can cut & place liner in different caps sizes by simply interchanging tooling and die-set. The servo motor assures a precise movement of the liner in order to have a perfect cut according to the caps diameter. Thanks to an easy access to the die-set, operators can easily work on its changeover and on its maintenance.
