I was into UK soul and Mod stuff in London in the late 70s ; the likes of High Tension, Freeez, Light of the World. We used to see 'Northern Soul' boys at Chelsea FC matches with their weird fashions and have a bit of a laugh.

Now I'm into the Northern Soul scene, but feel like a 'band wagon' jumper. Anything that becomes over exposed for the real fans loses its' meaning. I hope this doesn't happen for a second time to the Northern Soul Scene which is about REAL people and REAL lives. KTF!

amazing days, and we used to have a right crack with the bangor lot on the coach when it stopped at the metropolis of Llandudno Junction. My brother split his bollocks in a Freindship club all dayer and got taken to hospital but i left him on his own because i was having too much fun....no-one can take those days away from us....Wigan Casino at aged 15 when i should have been 'babysitting' at a mates ho ho ho.

my daughter recognised me asleep with another woman @ 1 48 this was actually after the 2nd anniversary but not @ the 3rd because i had my ticket stolen and had to get a taxi back to southport . lots of happy memories @ the casino then mr m 's then onto the swimming baths then back to work for12

wiginar born and bred and never went to the casino i am 51 now so i would have got in but was more blutoes and a turnkey or sometime even the king of clubs or the riverside wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww them were the days but i cant remember why i didnt go my sister did so i know the tunes etc anyways guys + girls who by the way i love them skirts sexyyyyyyyyyy

What I love about watching this clip is that there are loads of young children and even grand-children who have no idea how original Mummy or Gran Dad were in the late 70s... and how they did it all before you were even thought of...
