@guyverunit1 .... thanks, Jap homeless are unqiue in snse of self disipline. virtaully o drug issue and none of them beg for anything. they still have lots of self respect.
the concept of dignity village has been well implemented for 20yrs in japan

the tsunami victims also considered as new homelss, they are giving 1st priority to resettle. in general, this might reduce the total number of homeless. the tent village is signifcantly reduced in 2010 in tokyo.
