  • Coa Coa won the war in real life don't you know that?

  • Actually, Cao Cao never lived to see the end of the war. He died after some time, and eventually the Sima family in a way took over and turned it into Jin. Then Shu and Wu fell.

  • @Jizber LOL it was not cao cao who won,it was the jin dynasty that won!!! it was formed out of wei,so cao cao didn`t win, plus the jin was lead and formed by the sima clan, you ibocile

  • @TinyCaterpillar accually shu fell then Sima Yi's second son Sima Zhao was named king of jing a year later he died and his son Sima Yan forces the emperor of Wei to abdicate the throne destroying Wei and then becoming emperor. 15 years later Wu surrendered to Jin.

  • @slixer You are merely pointing out the obvious...

  • @Thesocraticbreed the book is loosely accurate.... it was wrote by a guy a good 100 years after the events, like Mark's Gospel in the bible. Cao Cao was demonised in it because the situation at the time wanted a benevolent like individual to be seen as aspirational. Until that point Cao Cao was always seen as the good one and Sima Yi as his loyal servant who followed his will to the letter.

  • @TheAzNStoRm I have read the book, and Liu Bei is portrayed as a socialistic figure...

  • @Thesocraticbreed If you're insinuating that Liu Bei gave to the people, I assure you he didn't. In fact as soon as he annexed Shu, he imposed strict and harsh Legalist based laws that set definitive guidelines for the people to follow.

Not to mention that though Cao Cao was a great statesman, Zhuge Liang was definitely not inferior.

  • @TinyCaterpillar Yeah, Ts'ao Ts'ao was demonized by historians though for some reason... even though his governmental style was more effective than Liu Bei's.... you do not give to the people, you allow them to work for what they need and everything prospers.

  • *Swinging his swoard*: "Sometimes it is necessary to achieve peace!"... Im not sure that fits together...

  • Cao Cao - The Man

  • Wei ftw !
