I wish she had been on the Olympic Team. I don't care how good Shevshenko was. To put little Oksana on the side when she had so much ARTISTRY in her gymnastics...
Absolutely enchanting, and such difficult and original tumbles. Her first pass roundoff backhandspring tripletwist punch front to prone would be considered exceptionally difficult today!! And her dance is just exquisite. She was one of the few gymnasts who actually looked like she was enjoying herself1
@MrMartinportnoy Indeed! Little Omeliantchik will always be one of my fav gymnasts, someone I will go back and watch again and again.
