    I have a question but it isn't related to trouble spots. I'm trying to build more muscle because I feel like I am too thin. How would you recommend bulking up, but in a healthy way?

  • @hiddenradiance YOU WILL NOT BULK UP. Lift weights. YOU WILL NOT BULK UP unless you have genes that make it very easy to add muscle which you most likely do NOT since you think you are too thin.

  • Sarah, I would really like to see exercises for love handles and arms but would also like information on a fat blasting diet plan.

  • sarah, how fast can you run a mile and half?

  • @ballerstew haven't tried in a while but I would guess around 10:30... My 5K time is about 23 minutes on a good day.

  • @Chels33a I didn't realize it I know until after I published it. We are friends though and it wasn't intentional, I know many YouTubers think we "compete" but we actually work together behind the scenes, talking on the phone once a week. We've shared titles in the past by accident, I"m sure it wont be the last time.

  • In one of your videos you said that you will always have those muscular tighs. why ? I mean you do a lot of sport and eat healthy.

  • I always love your exercises cause I can usually do them anywhere. :) I'm looking forward to doing these. I'm wondering if you could do something to slim down arms. I have a good bit of under arm fat I wanna lose. I've been doing mostly push-ups but I don't think it's helping with that unless I just need more time? But yeah it'd be great if you could have something for arms for tank tops and tshirt season. :-p
