Hydraulic test #2

testing the hydraulic of my mercedes 6x6 truck. First attempt failed caused by too small bolts.
I made the design of the complete truck, the hydraulic pump, valve cylinder, drive train and so on and built every single part by myself.

you need to make a restriction valve for the drop.

is the weight lifting capacity to scale?

i would try a pump with a smaller displacement (if you can)

sorry buddy, but thats all wrong. the only thing neccesary for a smooth motion was thicker oil. the flow rate is adjustable by rpm. just watch the videos of the finished truck.

the hydraulic pump is propelled by an electric motor, yes.

If u use a restriction valve, oil cant be pressed out as fast through the line.

I would mount the cilinder more at an angle when in f down position its easier on the hinges, cilinder and all the bolts.
