No. I will help you understand since you don't speak the language. Basically, AZeem is discussing how it is strange that Presidents and leaders' faces are on currency (dollars. And it is even more ironic how Black people (as well as others in Capitalist societies) work hard and do all manners of evil to obtain the pieces of paper with the heads of "Dead White Men". The Presidents, who, back in the 1700s while they were alive, cared little for Blacks and probably cared about none but themselves.
