We can be thankful for the tenacity and legal acumen of our colleague, David Yerushalmi, who has filed suit on behalf of four plaintiffs against the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Mr. Yerushalmi arranged for subpoenas to be served at CAIRs recent 14th annual banquet.
Whats more, Yerushalmi disclosed yesterday that CAIR is no longer legally allowed to be in operation! "
