Your chair may last a lot longer, but will your back if you continue to lock your chair forward, increasing pressure on your lower spine when you are working on the computer. The designers who made that Aeron secretaries chair. No longer build that 5% forward tilt on agronomical chairs, because it is not as good for your back as reclining. Essays on the Herman Miller web site suggests that leaning forward while sitting has been found to be damaging to the spine.

Chris you were one of the first Video’s that I saw when looking for a better chair. You suggested leaning forward in the chair. This is known to increase stress on the lower back. It took a while for me to uncover the truth after you sent me off in the wrong direction.

I look at there you are. Is there anything you DONT know about. Jeez unbelievable!!
You were smart to spend money on a good chair. And you are so right about your butt. You know that little bone at the end of your spine is very important. Expecially if you sit a lot like you do. I think it's called the cocyx..something like that. I have arthritis in my spine. Ouchy!

Hey man, that's a fantastic chair, but it's price is also umbelieveble...Hey, you could use some ergonomic keyboard as well to level up to this chair. You should look for DataHand or Kinetic... they have some videos in youtube. I'd love to see what you think about them... keep the good work. Bye!
